This recipe is for the 1lb Zojirushi Bread Maker. If using a larger bread machine measurements may need to be adjusted.
2/3 c Warm/Hot water
2 tbsp unsalted softened butter
1 tsp salt
2 c bread flour
1 1/3 tbsp sugar
2/3 tsp (approx) Italian Seasoning
2/3 tsp (approx) Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 heaping tbsp Parmesean and Romano shake cheese
Set to Regular bread, regular crust
Alternative recipe
2/3 c Warm/hot water
2 tbsp unsalted softened butter
1 tsp salt
1 c All purpose flour
1 c Bread flour
1 1/3 tbsp sugar (try adding just a pinch more for a lighter bread)
2/3 tsp (approx) Italian Seasoning
2/3 tsp (approx) Garlic Powder
2 heaping tbsp Parmesean & Romano shake cheese
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Set to regular bread/light crust
